By using PokéPicker, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. PokéPicker is provided as a free browser-based utility and does not require an account, registration, login, subscription, or payment.
How the tool works
Pokémon selection, filtering, and recent encounter history run on your device. Random results are generated for entertainment and convenience. They do not guarantee game compatibility, competitive balance, rarity, availability, or any particular outcome.
Responsible use
You may use the site for personal and lawful purposes. You may not:
- interfere with the site, bypass security controls, or introduce malicious code;
- use automated traffic that disrupts access for other visitors;
- misrepresent PokéPicker as an official Pokémon product; or
- use the site in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or remove features to improve the tool, protect the service, or respond to technical and legal requirements. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every Pokémon record will always be complete or error-free.
Pokémon ownership
Pokémon names, characters, artwork, and related trademarks belong to Nintendo, Game Freak, The Pokémon Company, and their respective owners. PokéPicker is an independent, fan-made tool and is not endorsed by or affiliated with those companies.
The PokéPicker interface and original site code may not be copied or redistributed in a way that falsely suggests ownership, endorsement, or an official relationship.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains what stays in your browser and how limited Google Analytics data may be processed. Links to third-party services are provided for reference; their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Disclaimer and liability
PokéPicker is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
